Usb loader gx wii backup manager

Hope you will explain those things for me, thanks a lot. The newer USB loaders have many advantages: Near perfect compatibility with Wii games. I remember that in Windows, it suggests me to format the pendrive as it doesn't 'know' WBFS filesystem but even if I don't do that I can unmount the pendrive - in Linux - it's impossible, as it's not even mounted because Linux doesn't 'know' WBFS file system either - but here I cannot unmount it. USB loaders are the second iteration of backup loaders, mostly replacing the older disc based backup loaders. Not sure if just plugging it out is 100% safe as Wii games are rather big in size. I'm afraid about pendrive if I cannot unmount it - that's why I ask. Second question is about WBFS, why cannot we unmount these pendrives(I am at workstation with Ubuntu 14.04 now but I guess it's the same for all Linux distros). But so far I didn't find any Linux program that supports it. Hello, I'm curious, do we have any Wii games manager that supports FAT32? As far as I know using FAT32/NTFS instead WBFS is very popular now - it's better as we can use our Pendrive/SD Card for more things than just games like it is when using WBFS.
